Raj Rekha processes refunds only in cases where the delivered product is verified as damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received
- The product must pass quality inspection upon arrival
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI
- Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours
Processing Time
- Refunds are begin 5–6 days after approval
- The credited amount may take additional time depending on bank processing
Refunds will not be issued If
- The product is opened, consumed, or used
- Request is made after the allowed return period
- Incorrect delivery information was provided
- Delivery was refused or missed repeatedly
